My boyfriend resided at one of PMP’s properties. The house was infested in mold because they ignored them when they said the basement flooded and needed cleaned. The sump pump didn’t work and there was bad rain last spring. The backyard would also flood extreme amounts (they said they’d fix but didn’t), so it was was just overall awful. They came out once.
