Ms. Howell is the absolute best. As this was my first time getting a wax I was a little nervous. She made the experience not only enjoyable, but she is attentive and personal. You can tell she loves what she does and her impact to people. That goes above and beyond the service itself. Her customer service is top tier. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it!

Darreka is absolutely phenomenal! She is my go to for all my facial and waxing needs! Her establishment is very clean and she is such a professional. Darreka is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure you and your skin are treated right. And the most important thing to me is that she takes her time. Nothing is rushed and to put the cherry on top, when you book with her, she doesn't short you on time. She is going to give you ALL of the time you paid for. Outstanding!!! 10/10

If I could give 10 stars I would. This place is a hidden gem in Chattanooga. Ree Ree was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Already booked my appointment for next month!!!!!
