Love Snappy Turtle. I've been shopping there for 30 years and they have never let me down.
Customer service was very nasty at the outlet. I'd never go back they way she talks to customers and bad mouths each and everyone.
Great clothes, poor customer service! It's hard to spend my money here when the staff is so grumpy. In the past I have always spent several hundreds of dollars thinking they were just having a bad day and let it slide. Today was the icing on the cake! Beyond rude..... I decided to spend my money at another boutique on the Avenue where I would be treated by kind and friendly sales staff. I would have much preferred to directly speak to the owner but she is never on site. The review will hopefully open eyes to their not so goo... read more
