I took my grandson's iPad to Snappy because the screen was cracked, Cassandra ordered part and repaired. We were still having trouble with it, took back to Cassandra and she took care of problem again. She was very efficient, professional, and kind. I highly recommend Snappy Computer, prices are reasonable and everything is explained so the customer can understand.
