Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Avoid this place! The owner is shockingly rude, and the pricing is completely unreasonable for the level of service provided. To the Mission Viejo community: think twice before supporting a business that clearly has no respect for its customers. Do yourself a favor,read the reviews carefully and confirm pricing upfront, because they may overcharge or change prices without warning. This is my neighborhood dry cleaner, so I'm committed to supporting it and making it succeed. That being the case, it was difficult initially. In early September, there were staffing problems. The first three times I went to the store, it was closed. The first two times were for local deliveries. The third time was on a Saturday.
