Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Avoid this place! The owner is shockingly rude, and the pricing is completely unreasonable for the level of service provided. To the Mission Viejo community: think twice before supporting a business that clearly has no respect for its customers. This is my neighborhood dry cleaner, so I'm committed to supporting it and making it succeed. That being the case, it was difficult initially. In early September, there were staffing problems. The first three times I went to the store, it was closed. The first two times were for local deliveries. The third time was on a Saturday. Snappy Cleaners in Ladera Ranch is the best. Raj is incredible and provides first class, consistent, and thorough customer service. He knows me and my husband my name, has a clean shop, and delivers clean pressed clothes every single time.
Snappy Cleaners is my forever dry-cleaners. This family owned and operated business has been absolutely the best. I’ve been a customer here for just over 4 years and could not be happier. Even after moving to Aliso Viejo a couple years ago, i continue to make the trip. I don’t trust anyone else. All my alterations are done here as well and I’ve never had a bad experience. The owners are some of the nicest, most down to earth people I’ve ever met. I recommend this place to everyone!
I have been going here for over 10 years. The owners and help are very friendly and provide great service. They have done everything for us including wedding dresses, rugs and table cloths.
