The restaurant was almost empty, we had multiple staff members walk right past our family of 6 and not even acknowledge our existence when we stood by the entrance waiting. We finally just walked out and spent our $ elsewhere.
slow service messed up order. no customer service didn't have the drinks on menu
Waited for over an hour and a couple that left and came back was sat before us after we were told we are next for a table.
Got to Snappers at 10:16am, was seated, got drinks, and ordered breakfast, 20 minutes later, told food would be "a few minutes". 30 minutes later, told food would be "a few minutes". 45 minutes later, told food would be "a few minutes". 1 hour later, again told food would be "a few minutes". Asked for check for (2) drinks, $5.38, only waiter apologize, (he had to wait on manager to open register, and manager asked, "we still serving breakfast? You don't know what you establishment serves or when?) Won't be back.
RecommendedOur server Jess was extremely hospitable! Food was hot and fresh & well Worth the wait at the door ! Everything was delicious 😋 we super enjoyed our buffalo shrimp, fried shrimp and hot boiled shrimp and crawfish 🦞 🍤 we’ll be back with the family ❤️🥰 support local!
went there to eat it's on the beach at belox . the man that went to seat use told my wife they don't serve women in only swim top before she could say anything he said your see through cover up would not work rather. I all so noticed a group of black ladies were leaving one we walked in I asked them if it was any good they said they didn't know they didn't have time to wait but I'm sure that was a lie because they were not busy I believe they were the wrong color
My server Shannon was so extremely polite. Crab cakes were cooked to perfection, priced moderately, portions were big! Very low key and relaxed atmosphere, I would have sat out back but a storm was moving in but they do have beachfront outdoor seating! I had a good experience despite other reviews!
I don't recommend anywhere that sexism is allowed. If you had a dick then maybe since they wouldn't care if you were naked, but for females they get a hell no from me. The manager and hosts there are sexist and liars.
