Clue one, skinny man on the phone replied after hanging up, we will call you when it's done. The sign said 7 to 10 days on repair. Took blower in on 3/15 now it's 4/6/16 and still no blower. Back story. paid 25.00 deposit followed up 2 weeks later said will be ready that Tuesday, was not ready, followed up that Saturday was told on the bench. They would call me, never did. Again followed up on 4/6 still not ready waiting on part. They called back said the carb would cost 240.00, yeah right! Bottom line worst customer service... read more

this group will not stand behind behind what they sell . if they are asked to call you back they want . they are good at selling you something but ,if you have a problem they come get it an keep it for months on end never call you back , even if you call them , after keeping my Snapper for over 3 1/2 month the brought it back scratched an with a flat front tire , and when there guy called them , i was told if i sent it back there would be a charge to bring it back . this mower least than a year old, has burned up 3 belts wil... read more

Read a bad review for Snapper Pro Lawn in Conyers... I think the one in Covington is just as bad. If you have something serviced there, be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait... And, listen to a long list of excuses. I dont know who actually owns these places... but, the managers are not customer service oriented.. I WILL NEVER buy anything else from them again!!! They really dont care about the customers or their needs
