I have been trying to get medical notes fixed because the doctor never got clarification for the condition of my daughter's abilities since she became paralyzed. Due to her error, we can not secure the nursing care my daughter needs. I have gone back and forth with this office for three weeks trying to get her chart updated. We just recently became patients here and in the beginning, it was a little bumpy. However, Dr. Watts has been attentive and awesome in making sure my kids' needs are met. The office staff could use to be a little more professional and a lot more inviting (I admit), but they are not the bottom of the barrel for sure. I love the fact that Snapfinger Woods is now in the CHOA network. If you know, you know.
