Recently moved to GA and came across this option for a doctor. The receptionist was very nice on the phone and I was booked for an appt within a few days which was convenient. I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out any forms and had them all completed by my appt time. I then waitied over an hour to be called back in for my visit. I’m very fed up with this office. If it’s not one thing it’s another I called several days ago to schedule an appt for a specific reason. I get to my appointment the nurse is arguing me down I never been there she doesn’t have my medical history this is literally my third time here. Schedule me an appointment but didn’t have the necessary medical items needed to even help me. They be so fast to submit that claim to get paid though. Waited 2 hours to review my labs, sure it would've been longer but I just left. I will never return again. And when I tried to ask a staff about the wait time she couldn't even bare to turn around and speak to me, she just kept her back turned to me as if my time was not just as valuable.

First off her approach was disrespectful. I came in for a walk-in. She told me I had to be a old client to be a new client which it didn’t make no sense and I would not be returning.
