I used this location twice to rent a Uhaul. Shawna I think her name is, helped me both times and was super nice and so attentive to our needs. One of the days was a Saturday, and she was alone in the office. I walked in, and behind me 3 other customers came in. One of the customers was extremely rude and yelling and going in and out of the office cursing and complaining because he had to wait his turn. This company is awesome to rent a storage unit from. They make it so very easy to access your unit, lease the unit and move-out of the unit. Highly recommend them if you have the need. And if I ever nees a storage unit in the future, 4 Storage will be my first call. Thank you for the great service.
Great customer service, keep property clean and secure.there always available to help. Been with them for a couple years and I plan to stay. Jamie who is the manger is the most helpful.
