New ownership is losing my business. I was so happy with Edwin and Jean! They were outstanding workers! I had one small issue with a print that happened on their watch but the new workers are taking their sweet time responding to a very short email, which I followed up on and has urgency to solve the problem. Frankly, I can't run a business if the people I work with aren't responsive. It's making me look bad. WEDDING RUINED!!! Utterly disappointed with my service (or lack thereof). I have called several times and even met up with Ricky to discuss my signage needed for my wedding. My emails were never responded to, calls redirected or told they couldn’t speak long because they’re closing soon (they close at 5 but I called at 2:30).
