Updated review 3/30: I was charged $50 for not going to the Rosemount location. I called to dispute because I aim to check in at least once a month! Thankfully I was told I am being refunded as the person I spoke with was able to track my check in at the Lakeville location. There was no accountability or apology during the phone interaction. I was made to feel like it was blatantly my fault for a business' systemical error (or maybe manual but I am unsure of how the charges are submitted). I had to carve time out of my alrea... read more
I really like this gym. I’m a fan of the open locker concept while having a private changing space. I’ve never been keen on traditional locker room. The machines are new and fancy. They offer cool tech that you wouldn’t find at LA Fitness. The massage chairs are amazing! I really enjoy the semi private space and it’s very relaxing. It would be nice if there was an information sheet on the massage settings though. I do have two complaints, which is why I rate it 4 out of 5 stars. Love the new building it’s clean, spacious, and has a lot of potential. However, the lighting setup could definitely use some adjustment. The center area with the honeycomb lights is extremely bright, and for someone like me who deals with light sensitivity, it’s uncomfortable to walk by or work out under those lights. I brought it up to staff hoping to give helpful feedback, but the response I got was dismissive. Best Snap Fitness in the Midwest! Owners are always there and always leading by example! From doing laundry to touring new clients they lead a great team of positive individuals. The gym is always clean, always smells great, and the trainers are always busy and helpful. Great trainers, new space. It's a gym for people that lift, not just standing around like at other gyms. The Biostacking packages that are offered are a really great value, especially for two people.
