RecommendedMs. Sandra has been so helpful from day 1! She goes above and beyond to make Snap the best possible experience for members. Tonight, I locked my purse in the gym, including my house keys. Even though it was a Sunday she went the extra mile to call trainers that lived near the gym and to not stop trying to help me solve the problem until it was totally resolved. I'm so thankful to her as well as the other good people who work and work out here!

I feel very comfortable at Snap. It's clean. It doesn't smell like a gym. I rarely have to wait for a machine. It's not crowded. The staff is very helpful. It's perfect for me.
I'd like to say that I am very pleased with the overall experience. Gym is nice, clean, and we'll laid out for such a small space. Staff is kind and very helpful, will stop what they're doing to help you with a machine you may be doing wrong. Love coming in the mornings, thanks for a great experience.
