Canceling my membership. If you open up a membership at this particular gym good luck if you're ever trying to reach customer service. I called, emailed, text over and over. I even tried to call the corporate office. I'm talking.... for months!! no over exaggerating! my problem was my card wouldn't let me in the gym and since there was no one to talk to to cancel I just had the auto-withdrawal blocked.
