RecommendedLove it, Love it. Plenty of room to get it in on multiple machines and plenty of time to do it in. Friendly people and definitely one of my favorite spots to be. No shortage on the excercises I can do to reward myself there. Free weights, weight machines, treadmills, elliptical machines, and my favorite, the tire flip in the back room where the classes are or where you can go to turn your music up and workout alone...Heavy bag, jump rope, tanning bed, shower and medical scale to check my progress. Needs more benches, needs a hack squat. All in all Staff are cool, Rex and Pete are good guys.
