Im a bit socially awkward so I was a bit hesitant to join a gym but the staff very friendly and helpful the PT is very understanding and explains things without over complicating it and the overall vibe in the gym is alot more relaxed than most gyms I've only been here about two weeks but have came everyday 3times a day and aint gonna stop

Good gym. Good location for me being about 5mins away from work. Everyone is nice, staff and other members. It's a safe space to achieve goals
