I am a member of the Snap Fitness on Heritage Drive in Oxford, Mississippi. I went in to cancel my Snap membership today because I am injured and my physical therapist told me I cannot exercise, and I was told that I would be charged for June as well, since your company policy requires us to give a 30-day notice for cancellation. Allow me to tell you that that policy is absurd. I cancelled my membership in Dec 21, 2018 and I was still chaged for Jan. I'd like a refund for Jan.
equipment is bad and personal trainers are ignorant and train everyone the same way
