RecommendedI just signed up at Snap Fitness because it was what worked for my schedule and they are amazingly clean and the staff is so nice and helpful. I just had my complimentary one on one fitness assessment and Danielle is so nice. I can tell she really cares about what is good for you and what is best for your lifestyle.
I paid my dues for the last few months, but didn’t use SNAP Fitness because it does not enforce the mask requirement. I began going on Friday, because SNAP placed signs on the door and on a chalk board that masks are required. Well, unfortunately, that is not true. I went on Saturday and many of the others working out either did not have a mask on or the mask was below there nose. If you are not going to cover your nose with a mask, then don’t wear one. Where do I even begin. I have been a member of various gyms around the area and have done personal training at a couple of them and I have never felt more comfortable or confident the way I do at Snap. From day one Matt & Hunter have always made going to Snap easy and exciting. Always pushing me toward my fitness goals and helping in any way they can with whatever questions I have. First of all this location is disgustingly dirty! The owner/manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional! Also will not return calls and has been avoiding my attempts to cancel membership since February. My bank has even had to stop payment and as of September, this is STILL not resolved, and they are still sending me bills after numerous emails requesting cancellation!! By far the most personable staff of any gym I've been to around the country. Everyday they welcome you with a smile and if your new they will welcome you with open arms. If you need help or questions with a workout they will be sure to stop and assist and recommend new ideas. 11/10 recommend visiting and checking it out.
awesome place. Its very clean, un-crowded, variety of quality machines, and most importantly everyone is very helpful and friendly. its a safe place to work on yourself without judgement.
Matt and team have done a wonderful job welcoming me and my family to this gym. It’s the perfect size, in my opinion, with the right room and equipment for us. Not to mention, Matt went out of his way to give us the opportunity to try the gym out when we were trying to decide where to join. The gym is great, but it was his customer service that sold me. Highly recommend!
Where do I start?! The atmosphere at Snap is so welcoming and non-judgmental! I’m once again starting over and in less than 3 months I’m hitting numbers I never thought I’d hit. Matt and Hunter are pretty phenomenal! Both of them always pushing me to aim high and go for my goals! Never been happier to step foot into a gym multiple times a week to see what goal I’m crushing!!
