RecommendedMy goal for the last year and half is to bench 300. I got 295 tonight and I will get 300 next Thursday. Thanks to my daughter Felicia for getting me back in the gym. Snap fitness is clean and convenient and makes me stronger than my excuses.

I started talking to Brandon about a year ago and I was 282 pounds. I am currently sitting at 201. He has helped me tremendously from meal prepping to working out to what supplements to take. Brandon has knowledge in every aspect of getting healthy. I highly recommend you go see and talk to him.
The gym is always in Immaculate condition, I've been a member almost a year now and have never seen a broken machine during a visit. I particularly like the cardio room that is separated from the rest of the equipment, this allows some privacy while you're trying to figure out the workout moves along with the video. Love the new owners! Very helpful and informational, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Gym is always clean equipment is great and easy to use. I can also bring my kid up there while I work out which is great for us mom's!
