Did a day trial at this gym today, the individual was so helpful and the facility was clean with amazing equipment. They have a treadmill that's perfect for joint protection and the circuit equipment is unlike any I have ever seen. So excited to join and become a member of the Charleston location once they open (as they are much closer to my home)
