I feel so relaxed when working out. Love to encourage new comers and especially when someone looks overcome by the machines. It has many helpful staff, but sometimes it takes someone in like "shoes" to talk to, to get over the fears that comes with being new to the group. Every day, as I work out, I am so thankful that I began my journey to better fitness.
