I love the power pump & HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes! The trainers are great.
I really enjoy coming here. It is very clean and plenty of room. The classes they offer with the membership are GREAT! I only wish Zumba was EVERY evening instead of the 2 nights a week. My husband and I have been members since before they moved to the new location.
I was visiting my brother who lives in Fentress and I usually work on 5x a week here, in Chicago, so he took me there. Clean, quiet (especially at 8am), good variety of strength machines.
Great gym!! Very clean, reliable equipment, friendly staff, and love that you can go anytime of day! Offer classes to help you stay healthy!
