My Wife cancelled her membership on 9/8/16 and in the document she signed it was stated that you would bill for October as there was a 30 day cancellation clause. Not only have you billed again for November but also for December, we need for you to please contact me for a refund please. I have called and left a message

All these motherfuckers suck. They have gonorrhea in there gym. DON'T GO THERE!!!!
Snap fitness is a good gym by all means but the way they treat their staff is unfair! I cared for so many people at that gym and loved working there and they pushed me so hard to quit! I loved helping people and helping them reach their fitness goals but the owners and managers did not care about that one bit all they care about is money, money and more money.
