I joined one day about a month ago and decided I needed this for myself. I used to love to go to the gym and got away from it. My doctor told me I needed to find something to destress myself and another doctor that said I needed to lose weight to do Keto diet and or exercise. I have a gym membership somewhere else but came in one day to snap and loved it. The trainers Beth and Blaine are awesome. I don’t just feel like they are trainers but become my friends. Journey to a new me!

An amazing facility for 24/7 workouts! Sara at the front desk is so kind and helpful, Azim & Sharon are amazing owners to help with any member issue. So clean and a huge variety of equipment! What's especially awesome is the 24/7 classes in the studio area. Yoga at 3am, woo!
The cleanest gym I’ve ever been in. The staff is always there to help you with your needs, equipment always maintained. Most of all, the gym environment is like no other in the sense you feel like you’re in your own private gym. I love it and recommend you swing by and see for yourself!!! 🏽

Great place to exercise. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming, ready to help when needed. It's clean, comfortable, and equipment is well maintained.
