I started with the Ladies Lift Group In March of this year and didn't expect to love it but I do! Michelle makes sure that we lift safely and gently encourages us to push ourselves. We loved it so much we even tried the yoga and look forward to learning more. Josh at the front desk is always courteous and friendly, he really makes you feel welcome. The facility is always clean and the equipment is well maintained.

Great place to work out! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. There is even space for me and my wife to practice karate! Very happy with our decision to join.
I love snap. It's the only gym where I can work out at 3:00 AM and nobody will judge you! Bit pricey but all the equipment is great and it's 24/7 so you are definitely getting your money's worth!
