Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Members encourage and give advice and the staff is fantastic. I really like the different classes that they have.

I've had a membership here for a couple years now. I have witnessed the improvements made and expect to see many more. Love my gym and feel better everytime I go!!
I love my new gym! The staff are so very genuinely nice and very helpful! I can go any time any day even holidays to work out and that's important to me. I've lost 10 lbs since I joined the first part of June yeah!!!
