Love it! Awesome everything!! Was awesomely sore for days. Good stuff! So, I haven't been going long. But what I've noticed is that this place cares. They work with you personally so that you can hit your goals..whatever they may be. They are very knowledgeable and know when your slacking, need more or less, all while pushing you to be the best you can be. Teaching you about good form, how not to hurt yourself, proper nutrition. It's what I've been looking for.
This is the place to get it done. Friendly staff, state of the art equipment, very clean and open 24/7 so you can do it at your convenience. Love it!
