Friendly environment, clean and well kept, overall a great gym!
You will not find a cleaner facility. Renee, the owner is there to greet you with a smile, usually pushing the vacuum around or washing down machines. She is encouraging and knowledgable and I have successfully lost weight and more than that, inches since joining.

Nice small gym. Employees are nice, decent amount of equipment. Price is a little high for what they have to offer. Overall a great place though.
Very clean and such a friendly staff! So glad I signed up!
Great staff & new equipment. I love that it's only 2.5 miles from home. We've needed a great health club in the area for a long time!
