Renee and her squad are the BEST! personable and friendly. Absolutely love them!
I worked with Rica the personal trainer at the club and was very successful in weight loss, better muscle tone and better posture. I stopped going. Over a year later I am back and it feels like old home week. Renee and the other members are very welcoming, non-judgmental and fun. It is always clean.

It's a great place to workout....for ALL levels, for ALL shapes, for ALL ages. The owner Renee keeps the place sparkling clean and always happy to see you. She's a hands on owner who even works out quite often with other members. A great asset to the world of fitness and to our community.
