We signed up for the 24/7 access. As a group with an array of learning disabilities, ranging from Bipolar, Intellectual Learning Disability and Global Learning Delay. Mike the manager does a good job trying to please all the clients, some who do try and cause trouble. We found most clients friendly, and the gym has ample equipment, nice showers and offers classes and an array of experienced trainers who are always on site during the day. We enjoyed our time whilst here.

Poor customer service. If I had received an apology and we will take care of this error right away sir, there would be no reason for a negative review. However, it took months to correct and manager wanted to reassure me it wasn't her fault. Frustrating situation, manager did call and say they would take care of it. I am a veteran with PTSD and could've handled situation better. A trainer who works there did a fantastic job listening to my complaint. Rate a -0 . Place is horribly managed. Owners are so damn rude. You pay for memberships, then if you say anything negative about anything they lock your access card and ban you from facility! They threaten you with trespassing and will not refund your money and anyone that is seen with you or friends with you using the facility will be locked out and banned as well . I would not recommend this place to any one at all. Best place is the Recreational Center it’s more cost efficient and very friendly staff!
