This gym is the best one I've been to in a long time. You can use it 24/7 when YOU are ready to workout. The staff is very helpful but not annoying. The machines are great. The cliental is of all ages, shapes and sizes and so it is not intimidating for anyone. There is everything there you would want, or if you just want to walk on a treadmill you can do that too.
