The staff is knowledgeable, the gym is kept very clean, and the equipment is well maintained.

Love this gym. The equipment is easy to use. The staff is very friendly. John even stayed an extra 45 minutes to show my daughter and I how everything worked He took the time to go over every piece of equipment and make sure our questions were answered. Plus the place is clean. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Too many members for such a small facility. Not enough room to do certain things.
