great local work out. we got the family plan to get a great deal. Family is down almost 100 pounds.
Great place
The place is kept very clean and there is a good mix of equipment to get a very efficient workout in if you time it right. During peak times it can get pretty crowded but that's happens in just about every gym. They provide towels which is a nice feature and there are usually new things around once in awhile which is good like the TRX bands. Super clean facility, seems like there is no broken machines ever, comfortable environment. John is very friendly and personable whenever I'm there.
