This is the best, don't be scared-try it out! Geared towards your fitness level however it is very challenging! Don't worry you are assessed to see what level of training you can handle. All of the personal trainers know your capabilities so you can go to any of the classes! The owner of the gym (Judy), trainers (mine is Annie and she does training for those of you that are expecting a baby) and frequent goers are very inspiring and CARE about your health.

I am a comedian who travels around a lot of the country. I chose Snap because it is usually everywhere i need to go. This Snap was one of the better and bigger ones I've used. Nice job. Keep it up!
