They rip you of after canceling and charge you for an extra month. Their customer service number and email is a joke. Automated service. And when you call trying to sort things out they say "it is what it is". Having to have my bank file a dispute.
The massage from Terri was amazing. I felt like butter all day.
As some have mentioned there are a lot of elderly people there in the morning, but I think it's great... most of them are trying to stay in shape just like the rest of us...they have lots of equipment , I've never had to wait. A nice walking track, pool, sauna and lots more
This is the best gym around if you really want a good workout sign up they have the best equipment you can't go wrong
It's a hang out for the elderly folk in the neighborhood . It was expensive and didn't offer much. I only went one month. Go to Golds on Waterloo rd.
