Keith Shinn can make any athlete at any level better. If you have a young athlete in your family that you want to have trained right spiritually, physically, emotionally, and with the right values...this man is incredible. He will make them a better person through sports!! No doubt!!!
Great trainers, great workouts and most importantly, if you do what your trainer tells you, you WILL see results. Couldn't ask for a better place to workout.
Snap fitness training gym is the best thing that happened to me in last couple years.... It's literally changed my life and my lifestyle.... I'm a different person I was two years ago for sure... I could go on and on but at this time I'm just going to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, you truly have helped me in so many ways you'll all never know.
I really like this gym. They are very friendly here, very informative about the machines, weights etc. I'm very impressed and so glad I joined!
Best trainers around and always a good time. Always except to work hard when walking through the doors!
