Love the access of a 24 hour gym with my work schedule. John and his staff have answered and helped with lots of my questions/issues. It's nice getting back in shape again and not feeling the gym eyes. Kudos
Like the updated machines but need rest updated great extra exersize room with videos
Not being maintained. Fans don't work. Seldom any staff present.
When I went to sign up there was no one there when there should of been and once they got there (late) and I signed up they tried to charge me $20 for key card which is free when you sign up online! Once I explained that they did give it to me free. My 30 day trail is up and I received no email to remind me and also tried to cut my 30 trail short originally when I signed up. So long story short poor customer service. To bad too bc beyond all that the gym, environment and being open 24/7 it's great and enjoyed my work outs.
