I love snap fitness (Madison) the management is awesome! The atmosphere is very inviting, everyone is pleasant and helpful,and the gym is very clean!!
I love going here but the past 3 months we haven't been able to even get in the building. Our key passes aren't working even though we've paid every month. Tried calling corporate no one is getting back to us. We've called everyday for the past few weeks. It's sad. $300 has been given to this company and we haven't even been able to go. Very disappointed.
Well, at least it's open 24 hrs and it's close. I guess that's whats important to me. Other than that they've proven to be a place that stores some equipment you can use. If that's all you need, it's a great place.
