Been going ever since this location has been open. Great place, clean and owner very helpful, trainers also very nice. Everything a Silver Sneaker needs and I have lost 40 lbs.
Love the fact it's small, but equipped nicely! Everything you need to either do a light workout or heavy workout. Community friendly too!
It has everything I need for my daily workouts, plenty of room for the agility ladder, ropes, squats, plenty of free weights and machines (weights and cardio). And it's open on holidays, 24/7/365. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
has everything to get and keep in shape. cardio, plate machine, resistance and cables. aerobic room, nice video equipment... but most important.. place is well kept, and clean..
Nice gym! It has all the machines and weights that I like. I have always found it to be nice and clean, and the location is very easy to get to.
