Josh is Awesome !!!!!!!! His workouts kicked my ass but they worked , it also helps to have a trainer you feel comfortable around as well !!!!! Definitely check him out
I started training with Matt Leverette at Snap Fitness as soon as I found out I was pregnant with my second baby at 52. I had had C-section two years earlier with my first, which was not something I wanted to go through again, especially with my now 2.5 year old wanting to be picked up a lot. Be aware of what you sign here. I told the person I signed up with that I just needed a membership for a limited time because I was moving. She understood that fact clearly, yet she had me sign a document that allowed them to automatically renew my membership and charge my credit card. It was very misleading. Watch the small print.
