I have tried to cancel my membership via email, repeated calls and visiting the location twice in the last week when it is supposed to be staffed. Nobody works here that I have seen and no response. This is not acceptable.
Went three times to sign up, only to find a sign in the door telling people they are short staffed. Fourth time a charm. Silver sneakers program gives free gym memberships, oh but not here, they have fees through still charge. They lost my business.

I have a lot of problems so it's hard to get there very often but I love it everyone is so friendly and helpful. I really need to exercise my legs as much as possible because they really don't work right all the time so I like to go and use the treadmill hoping it will help make them better or stronger and I like the ones to help strengthen my arms too -- now that is so cold out I don't get out much
Love this GYM! Luke is very knowledgeable and he has helped me a lot so far :). I always feel good when I'm at this gym.
New member and I love this place, clean and a friendly atmosphere, and also keeps you motivated to push harder. Luke is very knowledgeable, and friendly along with the staff members
