Friendly neighborhood gym; lots of classes to choose from. They offer a full array of Silver Sneakers classes with awesome instructors.
I'm a member of SNAP Fitness in Red Wing, MN. When visiting family in Duluth, I use SNAP located on E Superior St. Very clean and friendly. My wife and I will be up visiting next week....we definitely will be stopping by!

Nice place helpful people do not like door lock to picky.
The owners and trainers/class leaders are friendly and helpful. The convenience of Snap is wonderful! Close to home and my parents and in-laws when we travel.
