If I could give it 0 stars I would. The owners are worthless when it comes to upkeep on the place. No tv, no wifi. Currently half the power is out and the card readers don't work. Only one bathroom functions but the lights don't work and there's no toilet paper. Nothing to wipe machines down after use and just dirt and dust everywhere. Can never get ahold of anyone. This was the most unprofessional place I have been to. No paper towels in the bathroom no disinfectant to wipe down the machines after I was done using it. Will never go back to this snap fitness again.
Dirtiest Snap I have been in. No TV or Wi-Fi. Nothing to wipe the machines off after use.
The gym is in decent shape and has adequate equipment, but the staff is lax for sure. Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. I paid to get a water and an energy drink only to realize they were out, I had dropped the money in a lock box, so no getting it back, left a note with my name, number and email in hopes I could either get my money back or get the drinks next time I came in. Never heard from anyone and they STILL haven't replaced the drinks a few weeks later.
