DO NOT GO HERE! They are crooks. The female manager was very unprofessional. Forced me to pay for a month I didn't use after sending an email canceling (30 days in advance). She was being very condescending. I told her I shouldn't pay because I emailed them & paid for my last month, like stated in the policy. I asked for the number of someone who could actually help me and treat me with respect and she directed me to this link to email them. Snap Fitness has a great variety of weight machines, offers classes to help you get started with exercise, has trainers available and has a variety of bicycles, steppers, treadmills, and other machines. TV for each machine as well as overhead with closed captions. There are showers in the restroom and lockers for your use. Friendly people.
The manager (Ambor) is very rude and unprofessional. I've been been a gym member for a month now and never once been singled out and humiliated like I was today. Have you never seen a fat girl trying to better herself before?
