Tarik and Alexis did a wonderful job for us. They were friendly, detail-oriented, and great communicators, and they did EXCELLENT work. Highly recommended!
Tarik and Alexis were both professional and friendly.
We had insulation blown into our attic. The installers, Alexis and Tarik, were efficient and knowledgeable, and friendly. They did a good job setting up the traverse boards for working there, and then doing the insulation. Also, Snap alerted us that we would be eligible for an Xcel rebate. Alexis and Tarik did the airflow test and gave us the rebate form. Professional all around from estimate to completion.
Tarik and Alexis were efficient, friendly workers and didn’t mind my dog following them around. I would’ve liked to have seen the printout of the work order to check all the details of what they did.
Not Recommended for Complex Projects Snap's crews are suited for simple tasks like attic insulation, but I would not recommend them for projects requiring fine details or delicate handling. They rely heavily on subcontractors who were not properly briefed on the scope of work and were unprepared when they arrived. I spent countless hours filling in gaps and cleaning up after Snap's crews.
