Great sales experience that went downhill fast. I was promised I had a easy job they could finish quickly. It took me continuous nagging even to get on their schedule weeks later, with poor communication all along the way. When work finally started, I don't know if it was misunderstanding, but the quality of the work was well below what was expected. I had to hire someone else to fix it. I had Snap Construction out to add insulation in my attic and fix an insulation issue in the floor space above my garage. Alexis and Tarik were awesome! They explained the work before starting, and showed me the work they had done before sealing the space. I can already notice a difference in the comfort of my home. Thank you very much, guys!!
Thanks to Tarik and Alexis! They were efficient and did a GREAT job getting my RH up to at least 60, possibly higher. Tarik communicated well and showed me what they would be doing, and had me evaluate the job after. He finished the job before Edina noise curfew so I’m sure my neighbors were happy too! Tarik and alexis were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Their managers went home and they did their best to work with us.
