I ordered a birthday cake from here. The cake is TINY but costs $70! The cake itself did not taste good, was too wet/soggy, and tasted like cardboard after a day. The frosting was excellent though. Given the size of the cake and the cake quality, I was very disappointed (as was the birthday person) and we ultimately ended up going to Whole Foods and buying a birthday cake from there for $30 that was way better in size and taste. The service at Snap was great, but don't waste so much money on a mediocre cake.

I contacted TJ, the owner of Snap Bakeshop, to fulfill a client’s last-minute request. They wanted a large, intricate logo placed on a cake that would serve 30 people. The level of detail—with its many colors, angles, and fine lines—would have challenged any cake artist, even with a week’s notice, let alone the same day. TJ somehow made it happen. The logo was absolutely flawless, and the cake itself tasted incredible. I can’t recommend Snap Bakeshop highly enough, and I will definitely be using them again for future events.

I had the pleasure of trying this cake shop for my cousins Wedding dinner. First off the cake was supposed to be heart shaped which it was but it had a big split in the middle which was kind of tacky due to the occasion. Cake was dry not moist at all the best part of the cake was the icing. Cake also seemed a little crumbly maybe due to the dryness of the cake. Our 9 year old son didn't even like the cake. There was two different flavors one was chocolate and the other butter something I believe they said and both were dry a... read more

I normally don’t ever leave reviews, and especially not negative ones. However I had the worst experience with Snap bakery I feel compelled to share. I booked a cake decorating class about 3 weeks before the date I booked. I spoke to TJ on the phone, and followed up by text as well. i booked this event as a surprise for my best friend’s birthday. We don’t have any cake decorating classes where we live so we travelled over 2 hours to come to this class. We arrived 15 minutes before the agreed upon time, and no one was there. ... read more

My first cake decorating class and it did not disappoint! There were loads of classes to choose from in the DFW area and I am so glad that I chose Snap Bakeshop. TJ provided a warm, inviting environment. He provided food and great entertainment! I came as a solo person, but there were two couples there as well and I felt so comfortable. The cake decorating experience was so much fun and the cake was delicious! I cannot wait until the next class!
