My grandchildren go here. They have a very friendly staff and the doctors are amazing.
Took my kid for flu like symptoms on 2/24. They performed nasal swabs on her. However the nurse or MA that performed the swabs BARELY reached inside her nostrils. I work in healthcare myself and I perform swabs daily. I know that the q-tip is supposed to swabbed around to collect mucus. This nurse or MA must have swabbed the air inside her nostril because it came back "negative" I ended up taking my kid to the hospital due to worsening symptoms the same day.
