Super great customer support, really friendly. Ordered a package to an APO box (can be hard to get stuff to) and within a day Brandon reached out to me to clarify a few things and they were able to ship no issues. Strongly recommend, especially if you’re serving overseas!

Loved my experience at SOP! Was looking for a hoodie and I was able to find one I liked quickly. Too bad they're no longer manufacturing them as the SOP hoodie I have is definitely a gem. Will come back in the future!

Awful online shopping experience. It took them several weeks to ship my order, never responded to my emails, and didn't ship my order until I asked to cancel my order. When I received my order they shipped me the wrong item and wouldn't give me a refund. The name of the company matches their service! I will never shop at this store ever again.

Really great place to find jeans, shirts and shoes, I discovered SOP because they got really nice selection of Alden shoes and boots in LA; when I first arrived the staff was really helpfull, Miranda showed us all the selection they had, we tried a few things but sadly I didn't purchase a thing on my first visit; a few months later I was back in town, so went back to try a couple of boots and shoes and ended up getting some.
