My first DSC box was great! This is a great deal and service
I'm not one to leave reviews on subscription box's but just got my first one and it's amazing, as a diabetic I'm always looking for healthy yet tasty snacks and snacknation defiantly offers that. Also I don't work and have had no contact with snack nation just an fyi.
Great service, great snacks, and they help feed the hungry! What's not to LOVE? If you work in an office that is generous enough to have snacks for their employees, you NEED to check them out. Thank you SnackNation!
They used to have the Gluten Free box. I am extremely disappointed that they got rid of all their speciality boxes. I thought that set them apart from everyone else.
Complete & total rip-off! They are very nice & make a lot of promises in the beginning but once you are hooked into a subscription, everything changes. The snacks, the concierge, the customer service, everything! The snacks hardly rotate, it is like they are sending us all the stuff that no one in their offices want. I still have chips laying around the office that no one likes and we canceled our subscription months ago! They do not listen to you, and will still send things that you have already stated that you do not like.... read more
Consistently sends us junk snacks month after month when we specifically told them no potato chips. Sometimes they weren't even good potato chips, they were crappy Herr's chips with like 7 chips in the entire bag...the kind you get at shitty gas stations at the checkout register for a quarter and think "well why the hell not" but then you regret it anyways. All their hippy snacks are awful too and most people here would rather contract the plague than eat them.
Had a sample box sent to us. We are a small company of about 20 people. Of the 15 sample snacks, the entire company ate maybe 10. We had a follow-up snack chat about this, where I told the rep I wasn't that interested in continuing to receive boxes. He got rude, and said "Well if you're just going to base this opinion off the sample box, this isn't going to work."
