I started ordering snacks for my team a few months ago but it was hard to keep finding a good variety of healthy ones so I decided to give SnackNation a try. We received a sample box and everyone on my team loved the snacks! We signed up a few days later for their office subscription service and love the variety of snacks that we receive each month. The best part is that the box gets delivered directly to the office instead of us trying to figure what people want and then making a trip to Costco. Great idea SnackNation!!

I order weeks ago and have got nothing.tried to contact them threw email and I get a automated email saying happy thanksgiving we will be back on 11/27/17.what the hell?I would like my money back and more importantly would like to have my information like card and address deleted from there servers!this is a bad bussiness to order from!And I will be spreading the word!
SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEIR COMPANY I DONT CARE HOW LEGIT THEY SEEM THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM, JUST GOT SCREWED OUT OF $150 AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH SNACKNATION!

I've tried multiple times to contact/ follow up an order I placed and I've got nowhere.i was charged and I keep getting the run around and emailing them and nothing back. I placed my order around the 25th of November and have not been contacted back since.. I was told my order was on the wrong side of the company and they would help me out thst day and I still haven't been contacted back. Terrible customer service for a company that has already took my money... good thing I cancelled my credit card with them so they can't ch... read more
I loved all but one of the snacks I received. Our cat LOVES the BOX.
